Do you offer Delivery?

Yes. Delivery is charged based on drive time.

Are deposits required for Event Orders?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order/date. Please note order security relies on prompt payment of the non-refundable deposit.

When is my final payment due for my order?

Final payment is due 7 days prior to your scheduled delivery date. Exact dates will be given when your order is confirmed. Similar to the deposit payment, a reminder will be sent if payment due is not received by the end of the business day.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We understand that things happen and orders may need to be cancelled. If we are made aware of the cancellation 7 days prior to the events date and the order is paid in full you will receive a refund of the paid amount minus the 50% non-refundable deposit. If a cancellation happens 7 days prior or less no refund will be issued. However, you will be given a credit on a future order depending on your total order amount.
